The hotel was beautiful and the stuff was affable, it had marvellous location close to everything. My room included climate control, a writing desk, and an iron. The bathroom had a tub, which was great. Location: the venue was short walk to the beach, Mayan ruins and the main shopping/restaurant/cafe street, the main attractions, and restaurants.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always there to assist with any needs or questions I had. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. From the air conditioning to the in-room safe, they had thought of everything. I also loved the outdoor dining area and swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. And let's not forget about the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, a definite plus for staying connected during my trip.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Macarena in Tulum. The property had a minimalistic yet beautiful design that created a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, always willing to assist with any needs. The spacious apartment had a comfortable king-size bed and I never had any issues with hot water or water pressure. I felt very safe with the security staff always present and the option for them to store my valuables. The location was convenient, just a short drive away from the main avenue. Despite some road construction in the area, it didn't hinder my overall experience. I highly recommend this amazing property for a great stay in Tulum.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Tulum center and the main attractions. Only in the common area, the Wi-Fi worked well. the staff provided excellent service and helped with taxis, towels, bikes, and luggage storage. the rooms were modern, spacious, and relaxing, and some had a balcony with a hammock and a pool view. the breakfast included fresh juices, fruits, and Mexican food.
There was loud construction during weekday mornings, which was a bit disturbing.

Complementary breakfast was good and the coffee was strong. the location was close to the main attractions and easy to get to. the room was cozy with a great view of the surrounding area.
The WiFi was terrible and made working difficult. the shower had very low water pressure and hot water kept cutting out.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was massive and extremely clean, and the facilities were top-notch. We loved the pool and found it to be the perfect temperature for a swim. Additionally, this hotel is in a great location and is close to everything. We were able to easily walk or bike to the main attractions in this city.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

We enjoyed the spacious rooms with cool minimalist designs, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home. The location was great, just a short bike ride away from the beach and Mayan ruins. Plus, we loved the hammocks on the balcony, perfect for napping or reading a book.
The spotty Wi-Fi was a bit of a letdown, making it difficult to do any work or stay connected with loved ones back home. The unpaved and unlit road leading to the property was a bit scary, especially for solo travelers.
